El Toro Home Inspection

I am currently a certified member of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and have been involved in the real estate industry for about 7 years as a mortgage loan officer and also, in a much different aspect, as a carpenter.  These two very different work experiences have given me a very unique understanding of home purchasing as well as the overall soundness of the structure of the residence. 

Who I Am

I have a BA Economics degree from Washington State University as well as an AS Finance degree from Hawaii Pacific University. 

I spent 6 years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps where I had a 1 year tour of duty in Okinawa and 4 years in Hawaii.  The rest of the time was in Southern California training. 

I am a native of the South Bay having been born in Gilroy and spent all of my childhood in South San Jose and Morgan Hill.
